- Site acquisition and financing as we own the site.
- Consultation with architects, town planning, civil engineering, landscape design to decide on the best team for the project including costs. for their scope.
- Market research to find the best use for the site. Meetings with Best Western Sebel hotel group and other holiday market operators. Narrow down design scope based on all feedback
- Working with consultants early stage planning and presenting to Fraser Coast council for early discussions.
- Further more details design and second pre-lodgement meeting with Fraser Coast council.
- Final stage design including our input in what we felt would be well accepted not just by council but buyer demand.
- Complete design process prepare documentation and lodge to council for DA approval
