This is the fourth home we have worked on for the same clients, who source homes in the Ascot/Hamilton area that are in original condition. We then together with them undertake major renovations of the homes and on sale making a pretty good return for our clients.
The renovation of this size takes about one year with a lot of detailed planning and work required to ensure integrity of the original home is kept in tack but a new fresh and on par with current trends result achieved. We supplied all the design work, working with clients architect council engineering and a variety of other consultants to ensure the final result is just perfect.
Using some of the furniture we already had sold to this client including some additional items a complete look was achieved and they were able to sell the home for a great profit and were delighted with the overall project.
So onto the search for the next one.
