This is the third project we are working on for the same developer, and in this case similar to Pholman st as the scope was pretty much the same.
On this project we are also engaged to look after all the project management to ensure there are no blowouts in cost or delays in completion of the development. We managed to achieve this with work completed in 9months and successful sale of all the townhouses.
