This was a new 7 x 3 level townhouse development. Our initial involvement was to prepare a colour scheme interior/exterior to include specifications for marketing and assist clients with the tender process for the development.
On selecting the builder we then worked closely over the construction period with the client to ensure there was no delay in the final decision making process. A period of 9 months was required for this scope of work.
On completion and handover of construction to our client we were then engaged to supply a furniture package to reflect the overall feel and look of the development. The furnished property was used by the sales agent for marketing purposes and sales.
On successful sales of the townhouses the furnished home was sold together with all the furniture which gave our clients a nice profit as we supplied all the furniture at wholesale pricing. By furnishing the home they also reached better sales figures.
